Winter Cycling at SBR!

Want to ride faster next year? SBR is hosting a Performance Based Cycling program starting the week of November 6th and ending on April 13th. They offer both weekday and weekend class options.  90 minute weekend classes are offered 7am Saturdays and 9am Sundays, and weekday sessions that still have space are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am, 9am and 5:30pm for 60 minutes per class.  More specific information can be found on their website at:
